Membership Our Board of Directors Betty Sampson - A/Chair & Vice Chair Daisy Glover - Treasurer Karen Chubbs - Secretary Fred Butt - Youth Director Roxanne Notley - Director Wayne Russell—Director Current Members Alton Rumbolt - Individual Membership Barbara Rumbolt - Individual Membership Betty Strugnell - Individual Membership Bonnie Ryan - Individual Membership Bradley Rumbolt - Individual Membership Christa Turnbull - Individual Membership Darron Rumbolt - Individual Membership Ford Rumbolt - Mary’s Harbour Town Council Glynys Rumbolt - Individual Membership Harold Rumbolt - Individual Membership Harvey Rumbolt - Individual Membership Ina Jefferies - Individual Membership James Jones - Business/Corporate Membership Janice Sooley - Individual Membership Larry Rumbolt - Individual Membership Margaret Burden - Business/Corporate Membership Marilyn Rumbolt - Individual Membership Robert Russell - Individual Membership Sandra Sainsbury - Individual Membership Membership Guidelines 1) Any individual, organization or institution may become a member in good standing by having a genuine interest in the purpose of LSCAP, by filing application to the Board of Directors and having acceptance of such membership acknowledged and by adhering to the rules and regulations laid down in the By-Laws of LSCAP. 2) There shall be four classes of membership: a) Individual, b) Business/Corporate, c) Organizational and d) Institutional. 3) Individual Membership shall be available to all persons residing in Southeastern Labrador Region. 4) Business/Corporation Membership shall be available to all business entities whose interests or activities are within or are affected by the Project Area. 5) Organizational Membership shall be available to generally recognized groups and institutions whose interests or activities are within or are affected by the Project Area. 6) Institution Membership shall be available to all Municipal Governments, Local Service Districts, Corporations, Commission and Entities representing general business, science, education and recreation interests whose interests or activities are within or are affected by the Projected Area. 7) All rights, benefits and privileges of membership shall extend equally to all classes of members except as specifically excluded or abridged. 8) Members shall be eligible to vote at all LSCAP meetings and at the Annual Meeting immediately after acceptance of membership by the Board. 9) Any member may be expelled from membership by two-thirds of the voting members in good standing in attendance at an annual meeting or a special meeting called for that purpose and for which proper written notice has been given at least twenty-one (21) days in advanced. 10) Any members may resign from membership by giving written notice to the Board.
